What hand to use for breakdancing one hand handstand tricks?
I use my right hand and arm for freezes and other stuff, but I use my left for starting a one hand handstand.
just use your most comfortable hand for the move. I’m a breakdancer myself i do my freezes on my left and some handstand moves on my right.
